Certainty Anchors: Finding Calm in a Stormy World

Don’t know if you’ve noticed, but we’re living in uncertain times.

And, that can have a pretty life-stifling effect on us. It can impact everything from state-of-mind to our physical health and even our creative and mental abilities.

Question is if you can’t change the immediate circumstance at work or in life, is there something you can do to be able to experience it with far greater ease?

Turns out, there are a bunch of things. In today’s Good Life Project Riff, we focus on one very specific idea, something we call “certainty anchors.”

You may already be leaning on them, but not even knowing it. We’ll break down exactly what a certainty anchor is and share a very simple way to add one specific one—ritual—to your day that’ll let you feel a whole lot calmer as you navigate those moments of work, life, relationships and play where the ground seems to perpetually fall from under you.
